Rebecca
Beazley was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Rebecca’s
father, a Mechanical Engineer, and her mother, an Accountant,
nurtured her to be independent and ambitious, always
allowing her to try anything. At a young age, Rebecca
would entertain family and friends by showcasing her
talent of dancing and singing in living rooms, playgrounds,
and daycare plays. During her elementary school years,
a common sight on the playground was Rebecca performing
a dance routine to a Michael Jackson song. Throughout
junior high and high school, Rebecca stayed active with
soccer, cheerleading, band, choir, drama, and volunteering
for her church. Rebecca holds a Bachelors of Art degree
in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. While
at UNM, she became a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority,
was on Homecoming Court, and was a Football Team Hostess.
Rebecca began aggressively
pursuing a career in acting about a year ago (February
of 2002) and has been extremely busy. She has been
cast on eight feature films and two shorts, holding
lead and supporting roles, as well as appearing in
commercials, industrials, and music videos. Interested
in all aspects of the industry, Rebecca has taken
the responsibilities of casting director, production
manager, talent coordinator, and location scout for
a few independent films. She is working on a screenplay
with a friend and is interested in taking a shot at
directing and producing.
